Mark Gibson began his career on one of Nationwide’s graduate programmes, gaining experience in customer-facing roles, communications and mortgages before becoming a Senior Business Support Manager in our Chief Executive Office. Most recently, he was part of the Virgin Money deal team recognised at our 2025 annual awards ceremony, where they took home the Stronger Together award.
