Our Mortgages and Financial Wellbeing function has approximately 3,000 colleagues working towards our mission to provide the best mortgage service in the UK.
When joining the Business Administration Apprenticeship, you’ll specifically operate within our Landlord teams which consist of Buy-to-let Mortgage Processors, Underwriters, Mortgage Advisers and Telephony agents.

On our Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, you’ll develop towards the role of a Case Owner over 18 months. You'll focus on building the foundations of your career, combining practical knowledge and skills into one package. You’ll become an outstanding written and verbal communicator, able to take the initiative and be confident in managing business priorities. Throughout the programme, you’ll develop innovative strategies to support business operations and coordinate between departments, from planning and organising to record-keeping and quality control.
