On our Level 3 Improvement Technician Apprenticeship, you’ll undertake the responsibilities of a Service Design Consultant over 18 months. You'll build problem-solving and process-improvement skills. The apprenticeship incorporates principles, methods and tools from key disciplines, including Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management, Change Management, Team Working and Leadership.
Ideally, you’ll aspire to progress to an Improvement Architect and will be supported to achieve the L4 Improvement Practitioner apprenticeship upon the completion of the L3 Improvement Technician apprenticeship.
