Our Customer, Brand & Engagement function’s role is understanding customers and engagement opportunities by segment, together with building compelling experiences and communications that are personalised at an individual level, which will deliver a quantum shift as we transform to become a modern mutual.
The Personalisation & Performance Marketing team are responsible for delivering personalised interactions that are meaningful to our customers and report on and manage brand performance. They oversee the planning and development of the Customer Contact Strategy, defining how we reach and engage customers in 1:1 channels, including the strategy for Marketing Consent.

As a Marketing Coordinator Apprentice, you will work in a highly customer-focused role which requires creativity, communication and project management skills.
You will work in one of our Customer Marketing Squads, consisting of all the essential skills and resources required to develop and deliver marketing campaigns. You will work towards an agreed set of objectives and will keep the customer at the heart of every decision you make.
