(EC) FINANCE 1

Grow, learn and develop

If you’re ambitious and driven to succeed, you’ve come to the right place. You may already have or be studying for a relevant degree, to continue your development we will support you with funding and study leave to earn a relevant professional qualification. We can support CIMA, ACCA and ACA in Finance, as well as CFA and ACT in Treasury and CIPS in Procurement.

At the same time, this is a real job and you’ll be on the ground ensuring we spend our members’ money wisely, improving efficiency and productivity in everything we do.

Building and maintaining strong working relationships will give you a firm foundation upon which to tackle complex and sometimes ambiguous challenges. Attention to detail and an eagerness to find solutions is the key to succeeding.

(D&A) DATA AND ANALYTICS 3

Where will I be?

On the Finance programme, you will be working in areas including: Financial Reporting, Financial Controls and Operations, Treasury, Financial Planning and Stress Testing, Efficiency and Cost Management and Strategy & Change, based in Swindon over 3 years.

Within the Treasury Specialist programme, all your placements will be in the Treasury sub-community, split across Swindon and London offices over 2 years.

On the Procurement programme, you will have the opportunity to do placements across Technology Sourcing, People & Operations Sourcing, Third Party Risk, Supply Chain Solutions and our Supply Chain Responsible Business Team over 2 years in Swindon.
