Laura Faulkner Leader

Grow, learn and develop

We're looking for people who genuinely want to make a difference, who are curious about how supply chains contribute to the bottom line and about the impact they have locally and globally.

If you're ambitious and driven to succeed you've come to the right place. Our own Laura Faulkner won Leader of the Year at the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply awards recently. If you're awesome at analytics, highly numerate and enjoy working under pressure, you could join our team and grow your career in procurement and supply chain management.

We're interested in who you are as a person. Are you adaptable and can you engage effectively with a range of personalities? We'd also like you to show us you can work at pace and challenge the status quo whilst being sensitive to current practices.

(TEAM) TRANFORMATION AND CHANGE 1

What you'll be doing

Graduates joining in 2021 will have the opportunity to do placements in Supplier Sourcing and Relationship Management, along with our Supply Chain Responsible Business team and the Supply Chain Solutions team.

Building and maintaining strong working relationships will give you a firm foundation upon which to tackle complex and sometimes ambiguous challenges. Attention to detail, questioning norms and an eagerness to find solutions are the keys to succeeding.

Words and phrases that describe you
