(D&A) ARCHITECTURE 1

What you'll be doing

As a Senior Case Owner, you will be deciding if we can lend a customer the money they want to buy or remortgage a property. You’ll have a mortgage underwriting mandate so you can assess complex cases for example where an applicant is self-employed, where you need evidence of where the deposit is coming from, or where there’s doubt that the mortgage repayments will be affordable.

You’ll be the one logically considering each case on its individual merits, confidently reaching a decision on whether a mortgage will be offered, and making sure we’re lending responsibly.

In addition, you could have the opportunity to answer inbound enquiries regarding member’s accounts, ensuring that you provide the best customer service and positive experience. You’ll be listening, engaging, offering support and solutions to our members, landlords and brokers supporting them with our products, services and policies. Naturally you’ll ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, with excellent attention to detail and adhering to processes whilst providing a memorable service.

You’ll be fully trained so you have all the tools you need to succeed.
