The Industrial Placement will focus on developing our frontline customer service whilst striving to enhance our service performance, driving process improvement in a fast-paced environment and have exposure to senior leader forums to contribute and present ideas across multiple projects. You'll be trained on role specific tools, software and methodologies across our frontline services (Branch, Contact Centre and Support function).

In 2024, we launched our new purpose-driven development project to enable you to develop career-enhancing skills and challenge your existing skills in a different context to your day job, whilst building more rewarding relationships with your cohort and colleagues across the organisation.

The project will provide a blend of research, design and delivery activities, complemented by a series of face-to-face development workshops.
