Grow, learn and develop
There are a number of specialised Risk teams across the Society, each with its own role to play in ensuring that Nationwide manages its risks effectively.
We’re looking for people who are passionate about analytics; enjoy keeping things on track and making improvements.
You could be helping manage operational risks associated with the day-to-day running of the Society, as well as those arising from major change programmes. Your good communication skills and ability to build strong and trusted working relationships, will be invaluable in advising colleagues on the best course of action.
Plenty of scope
If a more technical role appeals to you, we have Modelling teams that enable us to measure, understand and control risks within Nationwide and a Retail Credit Risk team to control and manage our credit risk across our product lines.
Alternatively if a first line role in incident and crisis management appeals, you can join the team who leads the Society in exercising and preparing responses to a range of incidents that could impact the society and it’s members.
Whichever placement you take on, we’ll work with you to develop your technical, managerial and business skills.
