Our programmes
Our skills-based Finance Development Programmes consist of three 12-month placements where you'll build on your knowledge, skills and network to reach an accountant-level role.
Depending on the programme you choose, you'll receive support throughout to study for and obtain either a CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) or ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) qualification. Setting you up for your whole career, not just the start of it.
