The Nationwide Group Personal Pension is a defined contribution scheme set up to help you save for retirement and is administered by Friends Life. Contributions are invested within an individual policy in your name and the value of your pension pot at retirement will be used to provide your pension.

The opportunity to participate in Sharing in Success, our Society-wide, all-employee variable pay plan, which, in the main is based on the achievement of Society objectives, with criteria including customer satisfaction, growth of the business and our financial performance. The dates and form of any payment made under this plan will be subject to the prevailing PRA remuneration code, and if necessary will be changed to comply with the code.
