A starting salary between £16,000 - £18,000 (pro - rata),depending on your previous experience, which will rise by at least £500 when you’ve successfully completed your probation, you'll enjoy a 25 hour contract which will be set shifts. You will work 4 days between Monday to Friday from 5pm -10pm and will rotate working a Saturday or Sunday from 5pm - 10pm.

What you'll be doing
You’ll be doing more than just communicating. You’ll be using your in-depth knowledge of the Mortgage function - and wider business - to make accurate recommendations for each individual case.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling a range of inbound calls
- Applying your expertise to advise our customers
- Efficiently resolving customer queries
- Ensuring our PRIDE values are applied
- Escalating dissatisfied customers when needed
