Introduction

• £17,682 - £25,542 (pa) dependent on experience, + London allowance of £4,687

We’re looking for someone capable and organised to provide administrative support to our small but fast-growing team that’s based Clerkenwell, London.

Who we're looking for

As a minimum requirement you’ll:

• Have prior experience in an admin support role to a team of professionals
• Have been involved in some user testing in the past
• Used to operating within a large organisation where you’ve had to navigate your way around to get things done
• Possess excellent administrate skills
• Be used to prioritising and managing multiple deliverables
• Know how to adjust your communication depending on the situation and can confidently and articulately communicate through all methods
• Be used to establishing relationships and maintaining contacts with people from a wide variety of backgrounds
• Know your way around Microsoft office programmes, having used them in previous roles on a daily basis

What you'll be doing

You’ll be the go to person in the home propositions team for administrative support. This will include: database management, desktop research, production of agendas, organising meetings and organising associated material.

Other responsibilities:

• Track the assignment of and completion of actions from key team meetings
• Manage the home proposition contribution to key committees, ensuring the home proposition team are ready to present at key forums
• Support with the raising of purchase orders, software and hardware access and tooling for the team and approval requests
• Manage our mandate holder process
• Maintain document storage to ensure consistency
• Assist with team support and induction service
• Support governance framework activities from an admin perspective
• Responsible for improving administration internal processes
• Responsible for the timely and accurate management, scheduling and booking of all resource for home proposition requirements
• Responsible for closely tracking the progress of all scheduled activities to ensure schedules and targets are met and quality is maintained.
• Involvement in ad-hoc user testing
