Job description

We need:

  • A Third Party Governance Administrator within Property Risk, based in our Bournemouth Office
  • £23,574 - £34,051 (pro rata) on a part time, 12 month fixed term contract

As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have or be:

  • Previous experience and in-depth knowledge of the end-to-end Valuation process
  • An understanding of Property Risk principles
  • Experience of event organisation
  • Experience of dealing with third parties
  • Demonstrable written and verbal communication skills


What you'll be doing

You will work with and provide Secretarial and administration support to the Head of and the internal valuers when needed.

You’ll be involved in:

  • The organisation of key Property Risk events/Conferences
  • Supporting with the processing of third-party invoices
  • The first line control for expense claims and iBuy ordering for the department
  • Interactions with third parties who provide Nationwide and The Mortgage Works with Valuation Services
  • The responsibility for Property Risk Governance, building strong working relationships with key third parties

Please note that this role is for 24 hours per week over a 3 day period, Monday-Wednesday
