We need a Product Manager – Service Proposition & Efficiency – Current Account Based in the Swindon head offices £42,370- £61,201 dependent on skills and experience

The Service Proposition & Efficiency team is responsible for ensuring our current account members receive a legendary service by ensuring the service proposition remains relevant, as our members expectations continue to increase, creating scale efficiencies to ensure our proposition is built to last. You’ll play a fundamental role in this, identifying and managing your own initiatives, providing support to senior managers and creating the insight and ideas to shape the agenda.
Who we're looking for
•A high calibre candidate with a strong background in customer centric roles with proven experience in product/ proposition and/or customer experience management
•Possess strong influencing and collaboration skills, building relationships with stakeholders across the Society at all levels to develop and deliver improved propositions.
•A passion for member experience, with strong innovative thinking and an inquisitive nature to explore issues to deliver better member outcomes.
•Have strong commercial and numerical skills with the ability to develop, build and influence compelling cases for change to improve service and create efficiencies.
•Have excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data from a variety of sources and meaningfully present recommendations back to the business.
•Have experience of delivering results and change initiatives in a challenging and commercial environment.
Key responsibilities include:
•Apply knowledge of financial services, current account products & services and a deep understanding of member needs to create business opportunities.
•Creation of a segment and insight led service strategy that provides legendary service to current account members through a sustainable service proposition that delivers scale efficiencies as we continue to grow in the market.
•Build and develop insight into the drivers of service and cost performance with the ability to prioritise opportunities to maximise improvements to the member experience and creation of cost to serve efficiencies.
•Engage, manage and influence key internal stakeholders up to Senior Manager level across Nationwide in a compelling, coherent and timely way to deliver our and efficiency objectives.
•Support key Projects impacting on the current account.
What you'll be doing
Your strong service, analytical, innovation and communication skills will enable you to design and deliver a proposition to delight our members. Passionate about customer experience, with excellent communication skills, you’ll deliver a compelling suite of initiatives to help meet our member’s needs.
You should be able to work with limited supervision and your project management skills will ensure you deliver multiple pieces of work within tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
