You will also be rewarded with a promotion to Senior Customer Support Advisor once you complete your probationary period (usually 6 months).

What you'll be doing

Your role will be to help our members who are having problems meeting repayments. This is a telephone-based role that will involve both speaking directly with members as well as listening to and acting on voicemail messages. You will show sensitivity and empathy but also resilience to guide our members through what can be difficult and upsetting conversations.

You’ll find yourself working 35 hours per week on one of the following shift pattern: 8am – 4pm, 9am – 5pm, 10am – 6pm, 12pm – 8pm and one in every third Saturday 9am – 12pm.
