Who we're looking for
Being a people person is key, you'll be answering calls from our customers in relation to new and existing advice that has been received, dealing with enquiries and making referrals to colleagues where required. You’ll also be making that first initial call to some of our customers, so you'll need to listen and understand their needs by asking the right questions and communicate clearly to the customer so they understand what is on offer to them through the services the Financial Planning Managers can provide.
As a minimum requirement you’ll:
- Have a background in Customer Service
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have good PC skills to be able to navigate different systems whilst speaking to customers
- Be a great team player with a good work ethic and the ability to be part of building a solid relationship with our members.
- Rapport building skills
- Telephony experience.
What you'll be doing
You will handle inbound and outbound calls providing a customer service that’s second to none. Promoting and supporting the Financial Planning service available in the customers local branch, you will be explaining the different aspects that the Financial Planners can discuss, this means establishing needs and questioning plans the customer has for the future.
With training and on the job development we’ll equip you with the knowledge of our Financial Planning service to be able to talk to customers with confidence. The focus will be to deliver a service that’s professional, secure and in line with our operational procedures, you’ll keep the customer experience at the front of your mind.
The team currently operate between 9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday. Your hours will be rota’d between these times on a flexible shift pattern and you will know your shifts 4 weeks in advance so will be able to plan around your working hours.
