Job description

•An End User Services – Infrastructure Support Specialist (Lead) in our Head Office
•Job Level 2.2

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivering of IT support services from our partner, with specific attention on our executive community. The successful candidate will be able to build trust with stakeholders as you balance their demands from our broad technology landscape. The role will involve managing resources and activities across multiple locations.


Who we're looking for

As a minimum requirement, you will:

  • have a breadth of support experience across end user technologies.
  • have experience working within a multi-sourced partner environment.
  • be an accomplished ITIL practitioner
  • Have well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills and be robust enough to handle continuing high levels of challenge
  • Have a broad understanding of all areas of IT technologies and their interdependencies
  • Be a proactive self-starter with good planning, organisational and problem-solving skills


  • It would be nice if you also had:
  • Technical experience working with Dilligent, Apple Technologies and inTune.

What you'll be doing

Working with our partners you will deliver support for new and existing end user services. This demanding role will present a unique and diverse set of technical support, supply chain and logistical challenges. Your ability to maintain positive stakeholder communication and a resilient mindset are key. Through strong relationships with end users you will be able to inform and evolve the technology landscape.
