We'll be moving into an additional location in our home town of Swindon with the purchase of a new state-of-the-art location opening in Autumn 2019.
Our Test Engineering Centre of excellence staff will be located between our new location’s Ramsbury House (based at Kembrey Park) and our two current Piper’s Way locations.
These roles provide the opportunity to work with some cutting-edge technologies and industry leading vendors in collaborative teams to deliver our products and services to the right quality.
We’re rapidly developing and expanding our in-house capability meaning there are opportunities to learn, to grow your skills and gain advancement. You’ll be joining a large inhouse community and playing a part in both delivery and supporting continuous improvement.
You should have an understanding of structured test techniques and test design for different system topologies such as: cloud based, client server, traditional 3 tier.

We are looking for a Test Engineer who will work within a community of multi skilled teams to create and execute testing solutions including automation frameworks

What you'll be doing
Joining the Test Engineering Centre of Excellence and reporting to an Engineering Manager, you will work within a development squad, becoming involved in quality in all elements of the Software Development Lifecycle.
You will be responsible for the creation and delivery of test outcomes through the implementation of quality testing solutions aligned to proven patterns.
Working directly with business and IT stakeholders you will drive best practice and automation in the testing of complex strategic IT initiatives alongside smaller deliveries and provide technical leadership enabling decisions to be made with confidence and at pace.
