• Permanent Administrator for the Change Development Centre of Excellence

The Change Development Centre of Excellence (CD CoE) has been established to optimise change delivery across the Society, ensuring the change teams deliver against their strategic outcomes and roadmaps through the capability uplift of Change Makers, the continued development of the delivery model and the safeguarding of tooling and controls.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Strategy, Operations and Benchmarking team within the CD CoE. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking the facilitation of training events that are organised by the Change Development managers for Business Design and Delivery Management. This individual will work as a central co-ordinator and will be responsible for facilities booking and managing training invites. Depending on your current capability, there may also be other opportunities to get involved in wider operational activity.

We need someone in the team who can demonstrate flexibility and have strong interpersonal skills. Someone who is exceptionally organized, capable of self-managing across a range of activities and be able to prioritise their responsibilities accordingly. You will be working closely with some of the CD CoE leadership team and therefore will need to have good stakeholder management skills.

What you'll be doing

The successful applicant will be working closely with the CD CoE. Your day to day tasks will be assisting them to deliver the training and development strategy. This will include; room bookings, invite management and co-ordination of the training events. You will be working as part of a medium sized team to deliver our service across the enterprise. You will need to be able to manage multiple tasks and be flexible to change in the scope of activity that’s included in your role.
