Salary: £19,647 to £28,379 depending on experience plus lots of extra benefits

Who we're looking for

Someone who really enjoys being organised, building strong working relationships with their key stakeholders and comfortable operating in a delivery focused environment.
You’ll also have:

• Good knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office
• Previous experience of a Project Management environment
• A good understanding or experience of Project Management toolsets
• Understanding or experience of Project methodology


What you'll be doing

You’ll be pivotal in ensuring our team is running as effective as it can by providing a comprehensive range of operational support service for our change initiatives or centrally at a Squad/Hub level.
Your will involve:

• Monitoring change/ governance controls and accurately recording/reporting all change initiative information and where appropriate escalating issues.
• Working with the Delivery Value Manager to identify issues related to health of change initiatives and ensuring actions are put in place to remedy
• Assisting with Quality assurance and Internal / External audits
• Gathering/ interpreting management information, reviewing anomalies and producing relevant reporting packs including submission within a set deadline
• Ensuring key team processes are compliant with standards and producing reports as required for review meetings
• Providing Secretariat services for Squad delivery Boards requiring formal governance
• Organising team events, taking minutes and actions at meetings, arranging travel or helping with resourcing and onboarding
• Occasionally, deputising for the Operational Support Officer (2.1) during periods of absence
