Third Party Risk Analytics and Governance Senior Manager

Paying £55,000 to £70,000 per annum (dependant on experience) 

We’re looking for a Third Party Risk Analytics and Governance Senior Manager to provide a combination of subject matter expertise and risk management skills. The successful individual will help the Society to manage suppliers by supporting the operation and evolution of supplier risk management and the resulting risk frameworks.

You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering end-to-end enterprise-wide supply chain risk and management capability.

This role is within the Shared Services, whose focus is the efficiency and effectiveness of enabling services across our property estate, operations and supply chain activities. 

This is a new role within the Third Party Risk team, who drives and supports the uplift of capabilities across the Society in areas of Third Party Risk Management.

Due to COVID-19 the way we are operating as an organisation is changing. As a result, we are flexible on location however, you will need travel to Swindon site on occasion.

What you’ll be doing

You will be contributing to the uplift of capabilities across the Society to taking a team lead role in the future operating model for the Third Party Risk team specifically.

You’ll work closely with your fellow Third Party Risk Team, as well as business area/Functional teams to develop and deliver Supplier Risk Metrics, Data Analysis & Reporting, Management and development of Dispensations, Waivers & Breaches to the Third Party Management Policy as well as supporting other specific programmes of work e.g. Brexit, Covid.

This is a new team and team members are currently mixed in with the wider Shared Services Risk part of the team, therefore one of your big challenges over the first 6 months will be partly building the team and functional activities.

About you

  • Ability to influence at all levels within a large organisation
  • Experience in developing and implementing Data Analytics and Metrics
  • Experience supplier risk management
  • Proven track record in delivery of key projects/activities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
