At Nationwide, a Member Representatives role is having the ability to best support our members with our great services. From transactions on the till, online banking demonstrations, to having conversations about protection for their homes and lives – but don’t worry you will be trained up on this. It is an important role within the branch, and we are the gateway to protecting and looking after our members working closely as a team.
We need a Member Representative for our branch in Cranbrook. This role is a permanent position working full time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday. Our Interview Date is likely to be 5th October 2021.

What you’ll be doing
What is important is to know every branch is different, and we are all in this together working to have the best version of our branches!
We’ll train you by observing colleagues and spending time completing online training with other new starters
Your job is to confidently meet and greet our members when they contact us or come into the branch, find out what they need and make sure they get it. You’ll build great relationships with our members by having lots of conversations.
We’re trialling a new way of working at Nationwide, where our branch-based Member Representatives will spend specific days/time helping our members over the phone or in writing, giving our customers choice in how they contact us.
You’ll deliver legendary service by keeping up to speed with product knowledge, technology and initiatives to support our members.
