Choose which discipline best suits your interest and skill set: Analyst & Data Science; Risk; Change; Customer & Employee Experience; Finance & Treasury; Product & Marketing; and Modelling. In addition to this, we also offer Industrial Placements within our Technology Development Programme for university students who are interested in learning more about IT.
You’ll be based within one business area throughout your time with us, developing your experience and knowledge. We view our Industrial Placements as a pipeline into our Graduate Programmes.

We need University placement students who are go-getters; ambitious, driven, and full of curiosity. And we promise to give you all the opportunities you can handle to continue learning and developing in a challenging 12-months.
On-the-job learning is crucial to understanding the skills and expertise required in any role so from the day you start you'll be doing a real job with clear expectations and targets.

We’ll send you our online tests to complete and, once you’ve passed them, we’ll arrange a 20-minute telephone interview. You’ll then be invited to one of our assessment centres which run from mid-November but are mostly in January and February next year.
