This role is within the Identity Access Management team, which is responsible for securing access to Nationwide’s applications, keeping Members safe and protecting Nationwide’s reputation in the marketplace.

You will analyse problems and develop solutions, presenting them clearly and concisely at a level appropriate to your audience.  You will document your solutions in line with Engineering standards and guardrails.

You will facilitate meetings and gather requirements, managing your own time as you work across one or more initiatives.

Over time you will develop a knowledge of Nationwide’s estate, security toolsets, agile development methods and security policies.  As part of the wider Engineering CoE you will also have the opportunity to move into different technical and business areas providing further variety and development to your role.
