Grow is spilt into two sections: Grow Learning and Grow Opportunities.

• It's a search engine for learning, giving you bite-sized content tailored to your needs
• It's where you can learn from and share learning with colleagues from across Nationwide
• It has easy to follow learning pathways and journeys
• Learning goals are the skills you'd like to develop and by adding these, the tool will recommend content to help you develop them. Add skills to your Skills Passport to show others what you're good at

Grow Opportunities is a skills tool available to Nationwide employees to help you find your next chance to develop. Using AI, the tool will match your skills to positions, projects, career pathways, learning and mentors across the Society. This will allow you to get a better view of the opportunities across Nationwide and receive personalised suggestions to develop in the right way for you, all to help you excel in your current role or prepare for the next one. 

Working for a large organisation, it can sometimes be difficult to know where your next career step might be. With GROW you can add your skills and preferences to be presented with possible next steps,  whole career paths, and details on the skills to develop.
