The best of both worlds

We’re a hybrid working organisation, which means we spend time working both in our offices and at home. We believe hybrid working is about achieving the right balance, and using the great spaces we have available depending on the work we need to do.   

Our connection to each other and to Nationwide’s purpose is one of our key strengths. Spending time together helps us build and strengthen connections, collaborate on important work, and check in on one another’s wellbeing. We ask that colleagues come together, usually in one of our office locations, to work.

We don't dictate how often that should be, it might be 1 or 2 times a week, monthly or quarterly. We’ll always look to provide more specific information through our job adverts and at other opportunities throughout the recruitment process.

We know circumstances vary and so our approach offers the flexibility to ensure we can all juggle the demands of life. This includes different flexible working options, family friendly policies and dedicated employee networks.
