Our Sheffield contact centre is relatively small, giving it a real family feel. We specialise in taking savings and banking calls and for us it’s all about the people behind the society - our members. You’ll get to the bottom of their unique situations by listening and asking the right questions. By building a relationship with every call, you’ll do everything to resolve their questions. We want colleagues who are people-focused, eager to learn and love working in a team.
