Our team

We're the people with a thorough understanding of everything from credit cards and loans to savings, current accounts and insurance. Our expertise means we can help members with simple questions, complex queries and everything in-between.

What we do

Most of us work in branches but some are based in admin centres and help members through our real-time video technology, Nationwide NOW. We talk to customers, identify their needs and recommend the right products and services for them. We also help coach Customer Representatives on how they can best meet our members’ needs and follow in our footsteps. Enthusiastic, calm and polite people who have experience in either financial services or customer-facing roles could fit in well.
