Nationwide has recently announced a £4.1 billion investment in technology, creating up to 1000 new jobs. What you’ll do

We’re looking for people who are future orientated, early adopters with a passion for digital. You might enjoy being a creative problem solver, analytical, or successfully delivering change for start to finish, imagining what’s possible and making recommendations to colleagues on the right course of action.
Using your sound knowledge of digital and the business we operate in, you’ll make good decisions in a fast-paced, agile environment focused on continuous improvement for the benefit of our members.
Placements in different teams will help you build and maintain the strong working relationships you’ll need to find the right solutions for different areas of the business, and to deliver the best digital experiences possible.
