What you’ll do

You’ll build and maintain strong working relationships, and use your communication skills to gather insight from different areas of the business and influence outcomes. In our digital age, you’ll need to be up-to-speed with the platforms and apps people use – internet and mobile banking, Twitter, Skype, and so on.

You could be working in teams within People & Culture (HR), Product & Propositions, or Relationships & Distribution. When there are lots of moving parts involved, there can be ambiguity and complexity. You’ll be confident dealing with both and your passion for delivering great service will keep you solution-focused and driving for the right results.
