What's the application process?

We’re committed to finding the perfect matches for our TDP vacancies. To help you understand our application process, most applications will go through four key stages before we make a decision:

Step 1
Submit your CV and complete an online application form. You’ll have the opportunity to select your chosen intake (April & September 2019)

Step 2
Complete 2 Digital Readiness online tests, these consist of a working memory ability assessment and a personality assessment (You will have five-days to complete). Digital Readiness allows people to navigate through the digital world of work successfully, feeling comfortable in a digital environment and being able to perform.

Step 3
If you’re shortlisted after the online tests, we’ll arrange a 20 minute engagement call to get to know you a bit better. On the call we’ll ask you about your motivation for applying to Nationwide, your interest in Technology and your IT role preference.

Step 4
The final stage is an assessment centre with assessors from the business. This comprises of an interview and individual exercise.
