The aim of the Transformation Development Programme is to give you the development and support needed to fulfill your potential, and provide you with the opportunity to become a valued member of our change delivery community.

You'll be part of a business area responsible for all large change programmes across the Society, with a portfolio expected to total half a million pounds over this financial year alone. Some of our major achievements have included the launch of ApplePay, contactless cards, and our mobile banking app.
With over 1000 people working on the delivery of around 150 projects at any one time, this fast paced and dynamic team will provide you with a great deal of variety and offer plenty of opportunity to grow and develop your long term career.

What would I be doing?
You will be joining the Division aligned to either Project Management (PM), Business Analysis (BA) or Portfolio Management Office (PMO) Practice.
- Project Management: take overall accountability for delivery of work streams, projects and programmes
- Business Analysis: enable change by defining business needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders
- Portfolio Management Office: ensure that change activity is managed in a controlled manner, and that valuable resources are used in the best possible way
Each of these Practices offer successful candidates experience of a range of projects, which vary in strategic theme, size, scale and complexity over the course of 2 years.

Career progression & salary
There will be plenty of support on hand to assist you during your journey; as well as a structured development programme, your line manager will be a Senior Manager within the practice community. You'll also be partnered with a mentor to help you achieve your career goals, and a buddy to help you settle in and answer any of the questions you might have on a day to day basis.
