In addition, all 20 of the ex- Apprentices received their qualification award, in recognition of them completing the scheme and transitioning into their new roles across the business.
Why choose an Apprenticeship?
Kate Ward, now Brand & Attraction Assistant for HR said: “Before I joined Nationwide I was a ballet dancer. When I had to unexpectedly stop due to an injury, I didn’t know what I’d do. I joined the apprenticeship scheme because Nationwide were looking for people with potential rather than experience, and it’s been a great way for me to start a new career and get some marketing experience.”
