What is a recruitment evening?
Our recruitment evenings are a chance for you to come and find out what working at Nationwide is all about, and a chance for us to get to know you. The evening is split into different parts to make sure you come away having all your questions answered.
By the end of the evening you’ll have learnt about the culture of Nationwide and the way we work, got to know our experienced team, and found out more about the role and training programme and how we can help you to succeed. On top of this, there will be plenty of time for informal chats, and of course, some light refreshments – all that networking is thirsty work!
Why should I attend?
You’ll have the opportunity to learn a lot about our business and the way we work, you’ll get first-hand experience of the building you’ll be working in, and you’ll get to interact with our employees and ask any questions you may have.
Just as importantly, you’ll be able to introduce yourself to us and make a great first impression before you submit your application.
